Michael B. Allen CFO	Michael B. Allen has been involved with the concrete trade for over twenty years. His apprenticeship and journeyman years were completed with the James R. Miller Company. He owned and managed MBA Concrete for approximately four years, and was vice-president of a large construction company for seven years. For the past twenty years Mike has been overseeing operations of his own successful company, making Allen & Sons Construction what it is today.

Michael S. Allen started out cleaning lumber at the age of 16 in a construction yard, and then went in to the apprenticeship of a cement mason in 1990. He then completed the apprenticeship and earned the title of Cement Mason. He currently estimates and runs jobs in the field. He has worked with Allen & Sons from the beginning.	Michael S. Jared Allen SlipStone, Inc.	Jared Allen works at Allen & Sons as a site work foreman overseeing the Gomaco machine projects. As the youngest son, Jared grew up in the family business and is a cement mason. He is also currently overseeing SlipStone, Inc. For more info please visit us at www.slipstone.net

Roderick Peagler came to Allen & Sons from the Bay Area where he completed the Construction Project Management Program at San Jose State University. He has been in construction for the past eight years and has been estimating for the past five years. He has a strong background in site concrete; we are utilizing Roderick in estimating and managing both building, site construction projects and change orders. Shari Lay Estimating Administrator	Shari Lay joined Allen & Sons in 1998. She has 13 years of Secretarial experience comprising 10 years at Pacific Bell, and 3 years at Tracy Hospital. Her current duties include transmittals, submittals and maintaining job files.
